Any product purchased at Zappos can be returned or exchanged within 365 days after your purchase. And you must note that the products or items which you want to return should be in their original condition. You must wait for 5-10 business days for a complete refund since product inspection and payment process will require some time. If you made the payment via credit card, then the refund amount will be credited to your account and it will require additional 2-10 business days. Zappos online return process is simple and easy. First of all, you need to login to your account at Zappos. Then, you need to select the items or products that you want to return. And, they must be in their original packaging and condition.
